Can I get my flowers delivered today?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery on a wide variety of bouquets and plants. To ensure same-day arrival, please place your order before 3:00 PM in the recipient's time zone on weekdays, or by 12:00 PM on weekends.
How will my flowers be delivered?
Most of our arrangements are hand-delivered by local florist partners to ensure maximum freshness. Some specialty gift items and farm-fresh bouquets may be shipped in a secure gift box via a national carrier like FedEx or UPS.
What is your substitution policy?
To ensure your gift arrives on time, our florists may occasionally substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value due to seasonal availability. We always maintain the overall style, theme, and color palette of the arrangement.
How do I care for my flowers once they arrive?
For the longest vase life, trim about one inch off the stems at an angle and place them in room temperature water with the included floral food. Keep your arrangement in a cool location away from direct sunlight and drafts.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery person may leave the flowers with a neighbor, in a secure porch area, or leave a note to schedule a redelivery. During extreme weather conditions, we will always attempt to contact the recipient first.
What is your satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to love your gift. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality or condition of your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours so we can provide a replacement or a refund.
